Bay Park is referred to as “Bay Park.” With water views
and an elevation of about 125 feet, Bay Park provides vistas of San
Diego, Mission Bay Park, Sea World, and Fiesta Island. Nearby are resorts,
hotels, and other attractions that appeal to tourists and residents
alike.
Bay Park real estate overlooks Mission Bay. It began in
the 1920s with single-family homes on narrow roads and expanded
during World War II along with the nearby defense plants. The area
